Membership
Membership is open to all employees of Bridgeport Hospital and other select employee groups. Immediate family members of existing members are also eligible.
To receive membership information or to refer a potential member, call Bridgeport Hospital Federal Credit Union toady at 203-384-3094, or submit the following form on-line.

Loan Application
If you wish to take out any type of loan (Auto, Personal, Home Equity, Debt Consolidation, etc ...), you will need to fill out the following loan application. It is provided in Adobe Acrobat format so you will need the Acrobat Reader to open it. You can print out this form, fill it in, then mail, fax, or bring it to the credit union office.
